無障礙與參與資訊 

Wheelchair Access: Chinese Memorial Plaza is generally wheelchair accessible with a curbside drop-off point and adjacent surface lot parking. Please note that the surface of the plaza is uneven. 

Ground Conditions: Althought the Chinatown Memorial Plaza is mostly flat, the surface is uneven and may be difficult to navigate for people using mobility aids or those with balance concerns. Please plan accordingly.

Seating: Limited seating will be provided and prioritized for seniors and people who need it. Please bring your own seating if you'd like guaranteed seating.

Weather: Tents will be available in some areas. Please prepare for sun or rain as needed. In case of heavy rain, part of the event may move indoors to Chinatown Plaza Mall across the street. Any venue change will be announced on our website, social media, and on-site.

Washrooms: Gendered public washrooms are available inside Chinatown Plaza Mall across the street. There is only one wheelchair stall in the women's bathroom, which can only be accessed by pushing a heavy door. An event volunteer can assist with access on request.

Masking: This is a mask-optional event. We encourage participants to bring their own masks. Masks will also be available free on site.

Sensory needs: This event may include loud cymbals and gong music. Participants who are sensitive to noise are welcome to bring appropriate supports.

Language: Event will be conducted in Hakka and English with some Cantonese and Mandarin.

Food and Beverage: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Service Animals: Service animals are welcome at the event.

Photography and Videography: Photography and videography will be in use during this event. By attending, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the photographer in person prior to the start of the event.

Transit: Chinatown is accessible by public transit via SkyTrain and bus. The closest SkyTrain station is Stadium–Chinatown. Bus routes in the area include the 3, 8, 19, and 22.

Parking: Paid parking is available at the Chinatown Plaza Mall parkade and a surface parking lot adjacent to the Chinatown Memorial Plaza. Free street parking is available in Strathcona.

華人紀念廣場Chinese Memorial Plaza一般可供輪椅使用，設有路旁落客位置，旁邊亦有地面停車場。請留意，廣場地面並不平整。

地面情況 (Ground Conditions)
雖然華人紀念廣場Chinese Memorial Plaza大部分地方都係平坦，但地面並不平整，使用輪椅、助行器等行動輔具，或者有平衡方面需要嘅人士可能會較難行走，請參加者按自己需要作好準備。

座位安排 (Seating)
現場會提供有限座位，並會優先安排畀長者及有需要嘅人士。如果你希望確保有座位，請自行攜帶座椅。

天氣 (Weather)
現場部分地方會設有帳篷，請按需要自行準備防曬或防雨用品。如遇大雨，部分活動可能會移至對面嘅華埠廣場Chinatown Plaza Mall 室內舉行。任何場地變更將於我哋嘅網站、社交媒體及現場公布。

洗手間 (Washrooms)
華埠廣場Chinatown Plaza Mall 對面設有有性別區分嘅公共洗手間。女廁只有一個輪椅洗手間位置，而且需要推開較重嘅門先可以進入。如有需要，活動義工可以協助進入。

口罩 (Masking)
今次活動可以選擇戴口罩。我哋鼓勵參加者自行攜帶口罩，現場亦會免費提供口罩。

感官需要 (Sensory Needs)
活動期間可能會有較大聲嘅鑼鈸及鑼鼓音樂。對聲音比較敏感嘅參加者，歡迎自行攜帶適合嘅輔助用品。

語言 (Language)
活動將以客家話及英文進行，並會使用部分廣東話及普通話。

餐飲 (Food and Beverage)
很抱歉，我哋未能配合食物過敏或飲食限制。

服務動物 (Service Animals)
活動歡迎服務動物。

攝影與錄影 (Photography and Videography)
活動期間會進行攝影及錄影。當你出席活動，即表示你明白自己有機會被拍攝或錄影，相關影像可能會用作宣傳及存檔用途。如果你唔希望出現在影像中，請喺活動開始前親身通知攝影師。

交通 (Transit)
唐人街可乘搭天車SkyTrain或巴士前往。最近嘅天車站係 Stadium–Chinatown。附近巴士路線包括：3、8、19、22 號。

泊車 (Parking)
Chinatown Plaza Mall 華埠廣場設有收費停車場，Chinese Memorial Plaza 華人紀念廣場旁邊亦設有地面停車場。士達孔拿Strathcona社區部分街道設有免費路邊泊車位。
